The last seven days have been an exciting time in the North West Region of the Joburg Church. After fasting and setting some faithful goals for every bible discussion to be fruitful in 2008, it has been exciting to see God answering our prayers in such a powerful way. New conversions have been happening every month but it was especially exciting to see five people baptised in the first seven days of April.

Two investment analysts and a research scientist were among the five who made Jesus Lord this past week. Tough decisions were made in order to leave the "old life" behind and embrace God's purposes for their lives, but all alike were glowing as they made their good confessions.

Please continue to pray for us in Johannesburg as we strive to fill the city with the good news of Jesus' death, burial and resurrection.
